- 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
- 2 apples sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
