Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Pie crust store-bought or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a baking dish. Pour the apple mixture into the crust.
  4. Cover the pie with another layer of crust, crimp the edges, and cut a few slits on top to allow steam to escape.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Let the pie cool before slicing and serving.
