Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Arugula fresh
- 2 pcs Apple sliced
- ½ cup Pecans toasted
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the arugula, sliced apples, toasted pecans, and crumbled feta cheese.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
