Crumble Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter cold and diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Apple Filling
- 6 medium apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add the cold, diced butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
In another bowl, toss the sliced apples with sugar and cinnamon until well coated.
Place the apple mixture into a baking dish and spread the crumble topping evenly over the apples.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
