Apple Crumble Cheesecake
A delicious combination of apple crumble and cheesecake.

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cups Melted butter
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Apple Topping
- 3 Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 0.5 cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Crumble Topping
- 0.5 cup Flour
- 0.5 cup Brown sugar
- 0.25 cup Butter cold and cubed
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
Toss apples with brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread over cheesecake filling.
Mix flour, brown sugar, and cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake for 60 minutes or until set. Cool before serving.
