Apple Cranberry Crisp
A delicious and easy-to-make dessert with apples and cranberries, topped with a crispy oat topping.

Filling
- 4 Apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Cranberries, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Topping
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine apples, cranberries, granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt. Sprinkle over the fruit mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
