Ingredients 

Waffle Batter

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 units Eggs
  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup Apple, peeled and finely chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and melted butter. Mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chopped apple.
  5. Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crisp. Serve warm.
