Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Pancake Batter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the diced apple.
Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, then flip and cook until golden brown. Serve warm.
