- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 cups Milk or water
- 1 medium Apple peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Honey optional
- 1 pinch Salt
1. In a saucepan, bring the milk (or water) to a boil.
2. Add the rolled oats, diced apple, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and the mixture is creamy.
4. Remove from heat and stir in the honey if using.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
