  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Milk any kind
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Apples chopped
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the chopped apples and maple syrup.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
