- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 6 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Apples peeled and chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and place the bread cubes in it.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are coated.
Sprinkle the chopped apples evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
