Cake Batter
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Sour cream
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Apple Cinnamon Filling
- 2 cups Apples, peeled and diced
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add sour cream, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan. Spread apple mixture over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.
