- 1 cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs large
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup Apples peeled and diced
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
Add vanilla extract and eggs, and mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and ground cinnamon.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the diced apples.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
