Ingredients 

Dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • ½ cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

Filling

  • 2 cups peeled, chopped apples
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and yeast.
  2. 2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. 4. For the filling, mix chopped apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread melted butter and apple mixture over the dough.
  6. 6. Roll the dough into a log and place it in a greased loaf pan. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. 8. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
