- 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
- 2 medium Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
In a mixing bowl, combine the apples, cheddar cheese, and sugar.
Place the apple mixture in the center of the puff pastry sheet.
Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
Brush the top with melted butter.
