Main Ingredients
- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
- 1 Apple thinly sliced
- 100 g Brie cheese cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 8 equal squares.
Place a slice of apple and a piece of brie cheese on each square. Drizzle a bit of honey over the top.
Fold the corners of each square towards the center and press to seal. Place the puffs on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
