Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
  • 1 Apple thinly sliced
  • 100 g Brie cheese cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 8 equal squares.
  3. Place a slice of apple and a piece of brie cheese on each square. Drizzle a bit of honey over the top.
  4. Fold the corners of each square towards the center and press to seal. Place the puffs on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
