- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
- 1 Apple thinly sliced
- 4 oz Brie cheese cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 9 squares.
Place a slice of apple and a piece of brie cheese on each puff pastry square.
Drizzle honey over the apple and brie, then sprinkle with chopped thyme.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
