Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Mozzarella balls
- 1 cup Sliced salami
- 1 cup Artichoke hearts, quartered
- ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Basil leaves, torn
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, sliced salami, artichoke hearts, olives, red onion, and basil leaves.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
