Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 ¼ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Andes Mints chopped
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the baking soda and salt with the flour, then gradually add to the creamed mixture. Mix well.
  5. Stir in the chopped Andes mints and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
