Andes Mint Chocolate Chip Fudge

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Andes mint chocolate chips
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a saucepan, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Fold in the Andes mint chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Cut into squares and serve.
