Amaretto Cheesecake Delight

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup Melted butter
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 0.25 cup Amaretto liqueur
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in Amaretto and vanilla extract.
Pour the filling over the crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
