  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the ricotta cheese, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove the sides of the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
