  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 0.5 cup Orange juice
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the orange zest, orange juice, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix well.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
