Almond Joy Cheesecake
A delicious cheesecake inspired by the flavors of Almond Joy candy bars, combining chocolate, coconut, and almonds.

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup Melted butter
- 0.25 cup Sugar
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 Eggs large
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Coconut flakes sweetened
- 1 cup Chocolate chips semi-sweet
- 1 cup Almonds chopped
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar. Press into the bottom of the pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Fold in coconut flakes, chocolate chips, and chopped almonds. Pour over the crust.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely before removing from the pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
