Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • ½ cup Almonds whole
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips melted
  • ¼ cup Honey

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut and honey. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Press an almond into the top of each ball.
  4. Drizzle or dip each ball in melted chocolate.
  5. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
