Delicious and easy Almond Joy Bites that are perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

- 1 cup Shredded coconut
- ½ cup Almonds whole
- ½ cup Chocolate chips melted
- ¼ cup Honey
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut and honey. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Press an almond into the top of each ball.
Drizzle or dip each ball in melted chocolate.
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
