Ingredients 

Pancake Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Eggs large
  • ¼ cup Almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Mix well.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Serve warm.
