  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  3. Using a spoon, scoop out small mounds of the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the macaroons are golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool completely before serving.
