- 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
- ½ cup Almond Butter
- 2 Eggs beaten
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, almond butter, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, mix whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
