Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Cold butter, cubed
- ¾ cup Buttermilk
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in the buttermilk until just combined.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently. Pat into a 1-inch thick round.
Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place them in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
