- 4 cups Diced Potatoes peeled if desired
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
