- 6 large eggs
- 0.5 cup diced bell peppers
- 0.5 cup diced onions
- 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
- 0.5 cup shredded cheese
- to taste Salt and pepper
- Cooking spray
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper.
Add the bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and cheese to the egg mixture.
Spray the air fryer pan with cooking spray.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes or until the eggs are set.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
