Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Egg Wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds (optional)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball and then shape into a bagel.
  4. 4. Brush each bagel with the egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
  5. 5. Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't touch. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. 6. Let the bagels cool slightly before serving.
