Ingredients 

Apple Pie Filling

  • 2 cups Apples, peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Pie Crust

  • 1 package Refrigerated pie crusts 2 crusts

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. 3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut into circles using a cookie cutter or a glass.
  4. 4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto each circle and fold over to create a half-moon shape. Seal the edges with a fork.
  5. 5. Place the pies in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. 6. Let cool slightly before serving.
