5 Layer Ice Cream Cake Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make ice cream cake with five layers of different flavors.

Main Ingredients
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1 quart chocolate ice cream
- 1 quart strawberry ice cream
- 1 quart mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1 quart cookies and cream ice cream
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup crushed cookies
- 1 cup whipped cream
- to taste Sprinkles for garnish
Let each ice cream flavor soften at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
In a springform pan, spread the vanilla ice cream evenly as the first layer. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Spread the chocolate ice cream as the second layer. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Spread the strawberry ice cream as the third layer. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Spread the mint chocolate chip ice cream as the fourth layer. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Spread the cookies and cream ice cream as the fifth layer. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Drizzle hot fudge and caramel sauce on top. Add crushed cookies.
Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
