  • 2 units Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1 cup Fresh Berries blueberries and strawberries

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the fresh berries gently.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack.
