Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 1 cup Apple Cider
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 unit Apple sliced
1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and thyme.
3. Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Flip the chicken and add minced garlic, cooking for another 2 minutes.
5. Pour in the apple cider and add the sliced apple. Bring to a simmer.
6. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
